With the number of complaints that we receive and the time it takes for us to follow it up, it is extremely difficult to make any progress with casinos that we have no contact with. For obvious reasons, the casinos we do not work with are not that keen to be very cooperative. In this light, we ask you to please do a search on our site above for the particular casino and if it is not listed be aware that there is not all that much that we can do. We will still try, however, but want you to be aware that the chances of a resolution is very low with a casino that we do not have listed.

Player ignored various warnings from the casino that
he was not adhering to the terms and conditions of
the bonus. He continued to play barred games and tried
to cash in after winning on these games. The casino
returned his initial deposit, but removed the winnings
in accordence with their T&C's. The casino did
everything to help him, but at the end of the day,
the player did not want to listen.
