Opened in 1997, Sports Interaction is one of the oldest internet gaming operations in existence. This site is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) and focuses on Canadians, but they also allow most other countries. The only nations that are restricted from playing here include: Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Israel, Venezuela, Indonesia, Netherlands, Pakistan, Russia, and the United States.
You can definitely tell that the emphasis is on sports betting because the sportsbook is the landing page. However, it’s not hard to find your way to the casino because as soon as you click the appropriate tab, it appears along with a number of featured games.
Given that Sports Interaction is an online sportsbook first, we’re skeptical as to if they’ll have enough to offer the average casino player. That said, let’s find out by looking at their promotions, rewards, games, registration, banking, and customer service.
Any information on promotional offers is current at the time of writing and may be out of date. More current bonus information can be found in the bonus area on this page.
One immediate downside to this casino is that it’s hard to find their welcome bonus. We really had to do some hunting because there’s no mention of a bonus or promotions anywhere on the homepage. After searching, we found that (at the time of writing! ) the 100% match casino bonus, which is worth up to $300, is only open to residents of Canada. We don’t see any general promotions either, meaning, if there are any promos, they’re only available to Canadians. As discussed in the introduction, this casino mainly focuses on their Canadian customers. But the fact that they offer absolutely nothing else to other countries is unacceptable.
However, the upside is that Canadians who play here only have to meet wagering requirements of 30x the bonus to cash out their money. This is as low as bonus wagering requirements get.
While looking for the promotions, we also hunted for a loyalty program and where unable to find any information. All we see is mention on other sites that Sports Interaction does have a loyalty program. But if they do indeed offer loyalty rewards, it may be an invitation-only program that’s available to Canadians.
The game variety is low, and we count less than 100 titles combined in the slots, table/card games, video poker, and scratch cards sections. The games come from two providers in Betsoft and Playtech. This is an interesting combination because Betsoft is a rising provider, while Playtech has become less popular in recent years.
Some of the slots that you’ll find include: Beach Life, Gladiator, Goblins Cave, Jungle Boogie, Little Britain, King Kong, Rocky, Space Invaders, and The Mummy. Table games include: Age of the Gods Roulette, 3D roulette, video roulette, baccarat, Caribbean poker, craps, and multi-hand blackjack.
We’re not overly impressed with Sports Interaction Casino’s games. But the selection is at least adequate and offers a few interesting titles.
Sports Interaction offers both a download and instant play casino. When visiting through a PC, we found the Download Casino link underneath the list of game links on the left-hand side. To use the instant play option, just sign up, create an account, then start choosing available games.
In the introduction, we covered the countries that aren’t able to play here. Most KGC-licensed casinos used to allow US players, but this changed in the fall of 2016.
You can make deposits at Sports Interaction using the following: Bank Wire, Cheque, Citadel Commerce, Diner’s Club International, EcoPayz, InstaDebit, MasterCard, Visa, Skrill, Neteller, Speedcard, and Ukash.
Withdrawals can be made with: Bank Wire, Cheque, ECO Card, InstaDebit, Instant Banking, Neteller, Skrill, Speedcard, and eChecks.
You can contact Sports Interaction support through email, live chat, and phone. We looked around the internet to see what experience other players have had with customer support. And amazingly, we couldn’t find anything bad about Sports Interaction’s customer support in the 10-15 minutes we spent searching.
The main complaints had to do with slow cashout times for big wins, a lack of games, and players not winning. The latter is a common complaint, but it’s never good when people complain about slow withdrawals. Nevertheless, the customer support itself appears to be good based on the lack of gripes.
One theme we’ve stressed up until this point is that Sports Interaction is a sportsbook first, then a casino second. And this is exactly what you can expect from playing here because Sports Interaction doesn’t feel like a place that puts casino players ahead of other customers.
For starters, their bonus is only available to Canadian players. And given that we couldn’t find any other promotions, this is a huge turn-off. Another problem is that the game variety is low when compared to most casinos. While Betsoft and Playtech are both good providers, the game volume won’t blow you away.
Good things about Sports Interaction Casino include their longevity and reputation. Sports Interaction has been running for over two decades, and they’ve managed to avoid any serious complaints or scandals in this time. That said, we have a lot of confidence in this company from a reputability perspective.
However, our big problem is that Sports Interaction just doesn’t have enough from a games and promotions perspective to make them worth recommending. If you’re a Canadian who loves sports betting and likes playing a few casino games on the side, then this site is decent. But serious casino players will want to look elsewhere for more games and promos.
Please note: New Sports Interaction Casino customers Only. 18+. T&Cs and wagering requirements apply. Game contributions may vary.
