This morning I received a promotional e-mail from one of my favorite Playtech casinos and realized that it had been quite some time since I last visited Vegas Red Online Casino and so I decided I’d pay them a visit to see if anything much had changed since the last time I played there (I really hoped not!).
Vegas Red Casino is in my honest opinion is one of the few Playtech casinos that is run in an outstanding manner…part of the same group that owns the player favorites Casino Tropez, Del Rio and Europa Casino, it is highly evident that professionalism and providing a player “experience” are high on the list of priorities at this establishment.
I typed in the URL and was directed to the casino page, which is definitely one of the few casinos out there that immediately brings a smile to my face. The design is nothing short of amazing and somehow serves to capture you and transport you to a world of entertainment drawing you in with an atmosphere of exhilaration, excitement that will leave you tingling with anticipation…you really just need to experience it for yourself to see what I mean.
Not only are the design and graphics fantastic, but the layout is highly functional too and all the information you will need regarding promotions, customer support and banking are all at your fingertips. The only irritation is the pop up that keeps asking you if you’d like to visit another casino…it gets quite annoying after the 10th time you push cancel!
The site is very user friendly and other than accommodating the English market, also caters to those whose preferred languages are German, Japanese, French, Italian, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Korean. I think that’s one of the most comprehensive language offerings I’ve seen for quite some time!
Seen as though it was a promotional teaser that had brought me back to the casino again, I selected the “Promotions” tab and went to check out what they currently had on offer.

The promotional offerings on this page are mainly limited to the welcome bonus.

The last promo regarding Free Comp Points led me to looking into the Loyalty program to see just how many points I’d accumulated from previous play.
Loyalty program
At Vegas Red, the more you play, the more you earn. Being a member of the Loyalty program automatically qualifies you to receive regular free cash bonuses and player comps, which come in handing when you’d like to try new games, learn new strategies, and win huge jackpots.
There is also a VIP Club, offering five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. I’ve only just become a Silver member, so still have a long way to go! While they don’t publish the top player benefits, the ones I’ve experience are Generous VIP club welcome bonuses, Improved Comps-to-dollars ratios, Faster withdrawal times , having my own host or “account manager”, Access to a variety of promotions, contests, and deposit deals as well as receiving Luxury gift items from time to time. YEAH!!!
After being reminded again why I play here (as if I needed it) I headed off to the casino lobby to check out the games…
Download and registration
Due to the fact that I’ve played at Vegas Red before, I already had the software on my PC but if you don’t there are both non-download and download options and the registration process is quite quick and easy.

Games offering
As with most casinos, Vegas Red allows you to play for fun, which is a great way to test out the games and see which ones appeal most to you. Seen as though I already have my favorites, I played on my existing player account, heading straight for the slots. While the selection is not as large as at some other casinos, I’m convinced that there is a slot for everyone. Fruitmania is one of the most highly publicized games and is definitely one of my favorites, probably because of the huge progressive jackpots that are on offer…the tickers are just SO tempting! Other slots include Captain’s Treasure, Goblin’s Cave and Triple Profits Video Slots as well as a variety of single and multi-line slots. There is also Video Poker and Keno on offer if you prefer these.
Once I’d had my fill of slots it was on to the Tables to try my luck. There are 13 Table Games to choose from and all the usual favorites are available including varieties of Blackjack, Roulette and poker. The most fascinating of the table games for me was the Live Blackjack, which is only one of the four table games that offers Live Dealers, although you do need alot of time and patience as the game pace is relatively slow, but nonetheless, still something unusual and quite entertaining.
Cashout and Customer support
After a thoroughly enjoyable player experience, I decided to cashout. Now, having played and cashed out at this casino before, I was aware of the fact that withdrawals take quite some time to process (can be a couple of days). I decided to contact support about this anyway, just to test their current standards and received a reply a couple of hours later (which to be objective is quite a bit longer than most) but nevertheless, the response was very polite and detailed, ensuring me that my withdrawal would be processed within a day due to the fact that I belong to their VIP program….YEAH!
The verdict
While your first withdrawal may take a while to process, it will be hassle free and you will definitely be rewarded should you play here regularly. Oh, and you’ll learn to ignore the annoying pop up when you leave the casino. Other than that, as you can tell Vegas Red is one of my favorite casinos to play at, and I would highly recommend it to you, I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time!

Played this casino for quit awhile. The cashout procedures are garbage, the online support people are rude, and accepting the bonuses only males you have to wager your deposit+ bonus x 50. If u do manage to nickel and dime some money out of them and cashout they then take the amount of bonus off your withdrawl. Once i started being prestant and keep asking questions, finally got a decent cashout (without just spending it all because of the forever cashout period) i got a message that they no longer offer their casino in my region. This is garbage seeing as my roommate can still log in and play. I smell SCAM
Vegas Red. Will never play at this casino again. After depositing R6800.00, playing, losing and winning, when I tried to withdraw R4000.00 was told I could not, that maximum I could withdraw was R3000.00 and that they would take away my bonuses which never even covered the excess I had lost. Eventually when I decided to withdraw, was told that I would have to wait 10 days, pending approval and subject to exchange control and took away R920.00 of my bonuses. When I heard that I would have to wait over 10 days, I just cancelled my withdrawal and played it out. Needless to say, my bonuses of R920.00 were not returned with the R3000.00. I feel very aggrieved. Never have I felt more insecure and at a loss than playing here. Never again!! I would rather play at my own local online casino's where I have no problems and get my money within 24 hours, no questions asked. I also feel safe there regardless of winning or losing. Why did the rep, who phoned me on two occasions, urging me with all kinds of smarties e.g. bonuses etc, not tell me these finer details – probably because I would not have taken that risk!! They were quick to take my money but not happy to refund my winnings and slow – 10 days to refund!!! My replies to my enquiries are now very brief and curt = read the terms and conditions. I played live roulette, won and was paid. Yes, I had to play enough blackjack to qualify for bonus money, but I won there too. I am sad they no longer have live roulette.

I just joined and won a few hundred dollars. I wanted to cash out my winnings and leave my original deposit. Only problem is that I like blackjack, which doesnt count towards the bonus policy requirements, so even though I had wagered 2x the necessary amount of money I was supposed to, I could not withdraw my bonus. Even worse, because I withdrew my winnings and left my original deposit (equal to the bonus match), my balance was wiped out to $0.00 because all that was left was a “bonus.” Not a bad casino, but they definately find ways to not tell you important information.

Just heard about this new one and I immediately tried it. No big surprises as it seems to be a new playtech casino. So it was fun (as usual). But cool Bonus though!
