English Premier League Wigan Athletic Football Club confirmed its most lucrative shirt sponsorship in the club’s history of a two-year deal signed with online betting brand 12BET.
The Manchester-based club sponsorship is effective from July 1 2011 and 12BET’s logo will appear on all Wigan Athletic replica shirts and training apparel, excluding juniors, for the next two seasons with an option of continuing for a third season.
The sponsorship includes 12BET becoming Wigan Athletic’s official betting and gaming partner and a high profile brand presence in and around the DW Stadium.
