Action Gaming Network’s chief operating officer, industry veteran Clive Archer, is leaving the online poker company following a reorganisation of its core operational activities which will entail a move to South Africa.
“We are sad to see Clive leave the business,” said CEO Ben Johansen. “His contribution has been enormous and he has been a leader in tuning our operational structure, processes and strategy, but now this has been completed we understand that Clive needs new challenges and so we have reluctantly agreed to part company.”
Archer did not disclose his future plans, but said: “I have enjoyed my time with Action immensely and it has been a hard decision to move on as the company is now better placed than ever to achieve the success it merits. However I feel my skills can now be better employed elsewhere.”
