The Isle of Man-based sports betting firm Sports Betting One on One, has launched a novel introductory offer for new traders, reports Intergame. New accounts will be offered 30 company shares through a scheme where the company has created a Share Trading Floor so players can trade their shares on the Sports Betting One on One website. The trades will be free of charge.
Players will thus have the opportunity to become part of SB1on1’s growth strategy. A referral scheme is also in operation, whereby if at any time an existing trader introduces someone who becomes a registered SB1on1 account holder, the introducer will receive additional free shares.
SB10n1 went live in November 2008, and has reportedly enjoyed significant growth and increasing popularity, with total trades for last (March) month numbering almost 60 000.
In a statement, the company said its goal is to give new registrants the opportunity to become part of SB1on1’s growth strategy.
“We are delighted to welcome registrants to actively participate in SB1on1’s success story as we strive to become the stock-exchange of sports betting,” said Stephen Bamford, the company’s chairman.
“We, as a business, have ground-breaking ideas and ambitious plans for the future and it is vital, therefore, that we operate in an environment that is open to new ideas and nurtures innovation,” he added.
