188bet Wigan Warriors sponsorship extended for another year

Online sports betting operator 188Bet has announced that it is to extend for another year its shirt sponsorship of the Wigan Warriors rugby league club.

A club sponsor since 2016, 188Bet was also associated with the Wigan Warriors back in 2010.

Kris Radlinski, executive director at Wigan Warriors, said in a statement this week:

“The sponsorship landscape is such a competitive market place and over the last 18 months we have adopted a slightly different model whereby we have gone out and listened to our partners about their commercial objectives and then been creative in how we can help each other to achieve our goals.

“Many Wigan fans have been encouraging us to re-sign 188Bet and that shows their popularity. The engagement levels remain high and they have a great connection with our fans.”
