“Bet-At-Home.com has shown its dedication towards handball on several occasions and we have very positive experience from our earlier period of cooperation. We are looking forward to a fruitful partnership where the two parties shall reach the common goals set out.”
The deal will also see Bet-At-Home.com present live matches from the EHF Champions League for free via an Internet streaming platform at EHFTV.com.
Jochen Dickinger, Chief Executive Officer for Bet-At-Home.com said: “Handball plays an important role in our sponsoring strategy because our core markets in Eastern Europe, Germany and Spain take a great interest.
“Currently, we are a sponsoring partner of the Romanian and Czech Handball Federations and the Handball League of Spain. We also had a very good experience with the World Championships in Croatia. Due to a great television presence, combined with on-site promotion activities, we will be able to extend our position on the markets further on.”
