Yet another negative story on the notorious Virtual Casino group surfaced on the Casinomeister portal this week as disgruntled poster ‘pobeda’ described an experience that can only be characterised as a nightmare.
The punter apparently asked for a withdrawal of $100, and the runaround started; here are the hoops he claims he was put through:
He was required to send in ID documents fifteen (that’s 15!) times between January 3rd and February 21st.
He had to call the withdrawals department 5 times.
On 11 occasions he was told that all was in order on his account, and was assured that payment was on the way.
Yet only a day after the latest of those assurances he logged in to find all transactions on his accounts had been removed, and on enquiring why he was told that his withdrawal had been denied, allegedly for using consecutive free chips.
It’s a shocking yet sadly all too familiar story from players who have experienced the stalling tactics of questionable online casinos.
