The third party testing and certification company Gaming Laboratories International has announced the creation of a new interactive gaming division based on the newly acquired assets, intellectual property and trade names of Technical Systems Testing (TST).
The company has not released details of the consideration paid in the TST deal.
GLI Europe managing director, Phillip Barow will become the new managing director of GLI Interactive B.V. Barow was the main architect of the TST acquisition, the company has revealed.
The new division will allow GLI to combine its services with TST’s technical knowledge in the e-gaming and interactive niche.
Former TST chief exec Salim Adatia and CTO Noah Turner will remain with the company, along with other employees.
