The UK-based spread betting firm Spreadex has expanded into the online sports betting arena with a range of markets covering more than ten sports.
The company’s prices reflect predictions or ‘spreads’ on the outcome of numerous situations from the combined total of the goal scorers’ shirt numbers in football to the score at the fall of the next wicket in cricket.
Punters can ‘buy’ if they’re confident the outcome will be higher than Spreadex price or ‘sell’ if they feel it will be lower. During in-running betting on live fixtures, gamblers can bet on constantly updated prices as the action unfolds.
Spreadex also offers ‘fixed odds’ spreads on a number of sports including
Cricket
Darts

The platform offers prices in fractional and decimal format, and also includes a race card to compare prices over different markets, horse racing statistics and a facility to take winnings in-play.
Accumulator and multiple bet options will be added “very soon”, a company spokesman revealed this week.
