The well-respected online casino operator 32Red.com is likely to achieve substantial benefits from its new tie-up with major British television network I.T.V. The operator will run a new online gambling site themed on the hit show “I’m a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here”, according to reports over the weekend in the Sunday Times.
The ITV-32Red partnership will initially run for three years, the Sunday Times reports, noting that ITV has been working on ways to generate extra income from its most popular shows, and has set up a brand extension team to work on money-spinning projects.
32 Red runs other themed games on its sites such as the Battlestar Galactica video slot machine.
The Times article is to some extent confirmed by the ITV website, which urges its viewers to try out “the new online ITV Casino” and the online slot “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me out of Here!” on the currently disabled link itvcasino.itv.com.
The television company’s website also hints at other games, advising: “We’ve also got a wide range of slot machines and games based on your favourite ITV shows like The X Factor, Emmerdale and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! with more on the way.”
