32Red Sport is utilising Transversal to deliver a new self-service functionality on its website.
Transversal’s knowledge-powered solution enables 32Red Sport customers fast and easy access to questions online via desktop, tablet or mobile device.
The service, which runs 24 hours a day, is intended to maintain 32Red’s already high customer satisfaction levels but will also relieve pressure off the company’s contact centre by handling simpler enquiries expeditiously.
Transversal has additionally deployed its Promotion Engine to work in conjunction with the web self service solution. Features of this initiative offer personalised, targeted and contextual adverts to 32Red Sport customers based on their past searches.
