The London High Court’s decision with regard to the award of legal costs, loss and damages related to 32Red Plc’s two-year trademark infringement action against William Hill will be handed down in a written summary by the end of the month (February) although 32 Red plc requested an immediate decision on the matter.
Amongst other things, 32Red are asking for repayment of its significant legal costs and an inquiry to assess the extent of damages or profits arising from the infringement.
