Buyer of slots.com domain revealed

The mystery buyer of the Slots.com domain is a mystery no more – Calvin Ayre’s Bodog Brand.com company has announced that it was the purchaser.
Ayre’s firm paid $5.5 million for the domain following an initially unsuccessful auction recently.
Bodog Brand.com will eventually license Slots.com to online gaming operators “in a fashion similar to the way the Bodog brand itself is currently licensed to gaming operators worldwide,” says Ayre.
In the interim period, it will be used to drive traffic to Bodog-branded poker and casino offerings, including Bodog.com, bodog.co.uk, bodog.ca and bodog88.com.
