Exchange and sportsbook software provider Global Betting Exchange (GBE) has announced it will provide Samvo International Ltd., a major online betting and gaming group, with its iBroker sportsbook software.
The deal enables Alderney-based Samvo to display its own Asian handicap markets alongside iBroker-managed offerings, enabling it to automate all aspects of the sportsbook management from creation and pricing to settlement of events, while providing automated risk management and dynamic hedging.
This will allow Samvo to create a unique new blend of Asian and European styles of betting for its customers, GBE claims. Samvo customers will be able to access the services through the internet, telebetting and in the future, kiosks.
“We are very pleased that Samvo has chosen GBE,” said Brian O’Sullivan, CEO of GBE. “Samvo is a very successful bookmaker in the Asian handicap market and this deal is a huge endorsement for iBroker and our ability to deliver a very sophisticated, cost efficient risk management system.”
Frank Chan, founder of Samvo, said: “This is a very exciting partnership for us. Integrating iBroker enables Samvo to broaden its product offering and grow its customer base worldwide. This comes at a perfect time as Samvo is re-branding its online betting site this summer.”
