Hungaryʼs National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) has announced that in continuing activity against unlicensed online gambling operators trying to access the local market it has so far blocked 410 websites.
The office has issued orders for a further 108 sites to be blocked.
The government office was responding to an enquiry by Hungarian news agency MTI.
State-owned lottery company Szerencsejáték has a monopoly on all online betting in Hungary.
