The UK Internet gambling provider Evolution has signed its fourth major live dealer gambling agreement in recent times, this one with the major Gibraltar-based online gambling group 888.com.
Live blackjack, baccarat and roulette facilities are included in the agreement, which follows earlier deals with Party Gaming, William Hill and Gala Coral
The CEO for Evolution, Jens Von Bahr, said that the new deal with 888 further cemented his belief that his company was the market leader in providing gaming solutions.
“The perception of live dealer products has changed considerably,” Bahr said. “When we started out in 2006, many live dealer products were broadcast from non-regulated jurisdictions and the product did not look that great. We have changed all that and although these things are always evolving and are never satisfied; we think we have a high quality product to offer.”
Evolution intends to double the number of dealers it employs in the months ahead, Bahr revealed, saying that there would be 350 or more available in the near future to serve the growing number of big spending players who prefer this form of Internet gambling
Gigi Levy, CEO at 888.com said: “The proposal of live casino as a revenue stream is significant for 888.com.” He went on to emphasise that in keeping with his company’s localisation strategy, 888.com would localise and adapt Evolution’s product for greater appeal in each of the markets targeted by the company.
