Moon Bingo.com has only been on the scene in its revamped form for two months, yet it is planning on a major marketing investment that includes the imminent launch of a UK television campaign.
Paraphrasing the famous words of astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first man to set foot on the moon, the bingo company’s television slogan will be “Moon Bingo – One Small Step for Man, One Giant Leap for Bingo” when it launches its campaign on January 25th with a series of 30-second and 10-second ads on multiple TV channels including ITV and Channel 5.
Adi Frum, the CEO of owner NetBoost Media boasted this week: “In just ten weeks – following great reviews of the re-launched site – Moon Bingo’s following has exceeded its initial forecast. The site has grown by a massive 940 percent in the number of daily unique visits.
“To maximise on this incredible response to our vibrant site and to ensure that Moon Bingo players continue to have a very exciting, enjoyable and rewarding experience we’ve increased the number of gaming rooms, included more instant games, and have increased our budgets to allow for many more free cash jackpots and free gifts.
“The TV campaign – which will run for eight weeks – is Moon Bingo’s next strategic step in the successful penetration of the brand in the UK.”
The ‘out of this world’ Moon Bingo TV ads will feature two Moon Bingo players in space suits dancing on the moon and planting the Moon Bingo flag on its surface. The ads were filmed in London, with Moon Bingo’s initial investment of GBP 200 000 the first stage of a campaign to maximise brand awareness.
