A new American Gaming Association (AGA) board structure has seen the addition of six new board members that comprise CG Technology (previously known as Cantor Gaming), Konami Gaming Inc., William Hill US, Greenwood Racing Inc., LVCVA and Seminole Hard Rock Gaming.
Three new general members to join the association comprise Ainsworth Game Technology, Electronic Transaction Systems and FinScan.
The AGA’s new structure includes a “seat at the table” for licensed and regulated casino gaming operators, both commercial and tribal, along with suppliers that comply with the AGA’s Member Code of Conduct and meet requisite requirements, the association said.
In addition, financial service providers, non-gaming suppliers and destination marketing organisations can now actively participate as part of the newly structured organisation.
“Our goal is to elevate the AGA’s ability to advocate for the entire gaming industry – in Washington, in the media and in communities across America,” commented president and chief executive officer Geoff Freeman.
