Alderney grants first charity lottery licence

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission has awarded its 105th licence to its first International charity lottery.

The People’s Postcode Lottery forms part of global charity lottery group Novamedia/Postcode Lotteries who according to London newspaper City AM is the third largest private fundraiser in the world.

Robin Le Prevost, director for eCommerce Development for the States of Alderney said: “The People’s Postcode Lottery fits very well with our licensee profile in that they have a terrific record and reputation whilst being highly innovative and dynamic. We look forward to working with them as they extend their market reach through Alderney.”
