Amaya Gaming Group has reportedly finalised the purchase of bwin.party Entertainment’s Ongame Network at a fraction of the expected price, according to online poker information site PokerFuse.
Multiple un-named sources “familiar with negotiations” said Ongame would sell for between $6.5 Million and $8 Million, small change compared to Shuffle Master’s agreement to acquire the Network for close on $30 Million earlier this year.
An announcement is tipped for next week during the G2E Expo to be held in Las Vegas.
