Amaya appoints legal affairs exec

Amaya Gaming Group has appointed Eric Frank as Director, Legal Affairs.

Prior to this appointment, Frank was an associate at the law firm Duane Morris LLP for close on seven years and has also spent time as an associate with Wolf Block, Archer & Greiner, P.C. and Legislative Aide.

Frank’s past expertise lies in gaming regulatory matters for both land-based and internet gaming clients including licensing and compliance, acquisitions and mergers, litigation, bankruptcy and administrative matters primarily in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as across the United States and internationally. He has also represented Indian gaming, the lottery and horse racing industries.
