Argentina province welcomes first licensed online gambling website

Casinos del Rio, a major casino group in the province of Rio Negro, Argentina, contracted with Vivo Interactive, a supplier of Live Dealer technology and services, to provide the gaming platform for the first licensed and regulated online gaming website in the province, granted by regulator La Loteria of Rio Negro.

Vivo Interactive customised its platform to enable Casinos del Rio to leverage its brand and existing
operations while meeting regulatory requirements. The platform carries a full suite of Live Dealer casino games, virtual games, and a back office which supports registration, deposits and withdrawals, along with detailed reports for regulators.

Players can register, verify their identity, and make deposits and withdrawals to their new online account at any of Casinos del Rio’s 7 land-based properties located around the province. They can then play from terminals located on the casino floor (Mobile on Premise) or can visit the website, Delrionline.com, to login with their account and play from home.

Vivo Interactive’s CEO, Martin Reiner said in a statement this week: “There is enormous market potential to add incremental revenue to our new partner by launching a regulated interactive offering in Argentina.
Casinos del Rio and Vivo Interactive will partner to expand our offering to other land based casinos
throughout Argentina.”
