Aristocrat in online agreements with US land operators

Gaming solutions provider Aristocrat has secured a systems contract with the soon-to-be-opened Maryland Live! land casino, which is to include a new online play-for-fun gaming option.
Aristocrat has also signed up tribal operator Island Resort and Casino for a similarly ‘free-to-play’  virtual casino, scheduled for launch in the second quarter of 2012.
Maryland Live!, powered by the new Aristocrat online platform, will launch a fully-branded play-for-fun virtual casino in March 2012 ahead of the property’s opening in June 2012.
The virtual casino will provide a complete entertainment experience for Maryland Live! Casino customers including poker, slots and skill-based games.
The site will enable Maryland Live! Casino to build its brand and establish customer relationships ahead of its opening. Aristocrat’s Oasis 360’s nLiveLink will allow Maryland Live! to integrate players’ online and land-based profiles.

In a follow-on press release, Aristocrat revealed that it has just signed a further “free-to-play” virtual gambling deal with a US tribal operator.
The company revealed that it will be developing a complete virtual casino site for long-term Oasis 360 systems customer Island Resort & Casino based in Harris, Mich. Aristocrat will bring the new Island Resort interactive site live in Q2 2012.
The virtual casino will provide an entertaining experience for existing and new Island Resort & Casino customers and will offer players a complete suite of free-to-play games, including poker, slots and other classic casino games such as blackjack and roulette. Oasis 360’s innovative nLiveLink technology will enable Island Resort & Casino to integrate players’ online and land-based profiles, allowing players to log-on online and earn reward points in the virtual casino.
