Aristocrat CFO to step down

Aristocrat chief financial officer and company secretary Toni Korsanos has chosen not to relocate from Sydney to Las Vegas with chief executive officer Trevor Crocker later this year due to personal responsibilities and will step down once a successor is found.

The relocation of the chief financial officer’s role is scheduled for March 2018 and is considered important in the interests of the business.

Aristocrat chief executive officer and managing director Trevor Croker said “I deeply regret but fully respect Toni’s decision not to relocate, and to instead embrace new challenges, progressing her executive career and pursuing her interest in non-executive directorships among other opportunities.

“I look forward to continuing to work closely with Toni in the months ahead, as we prepare for this important transition and maintain full momentum in executing Aristocrat’s ambitious growth strategy.”
