Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH subsidiary, Astra Gaming Group has become the majority share holder in Manila-based live dealer gaming company Extreme Live Gaming for an undisclosed consideration.
Under the terms of the deal, a new European studio located in London will be established to compliment Extreme Live Gaming’s existing Asian studios along with the integration of new sister-subsidiary GreenTube’s gaming suite.
Extreme Live Gaming, was reportedly founded in 2013 and carries a portfolio of Roulette and Baccarat in both mobile and web versions. The company has developed a land-based casino solution that enables the delivery of table games to a casinos player base utilising mobile, tablet, TV and PC platforms.
