Australia’s Jumbo Interactive online lottery company has launched three new games that will benefit The Surf Life Saving Foundation, ACT for Kids and The Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation.
The company’s OzLotteries.com website has grown to 1.91 million customer accounts as of May 2015, an increase of 89,000 in five months, driving revenues higher.
Mike Veverka, CEO of Jumbo Interactive, said this week: “Customers typically play charity lotteries as well as national lotteries because of the different focus. Our large customer database provides a good opportunity for increasing revenue and helping select charities.”
Founded in the early ‘nineties, the company is active in the United States, Australia and Germany, and has plans for the Latin American market, working from offices in Mexico.
Founder and CEO Ververka claimed earlier this year that the world lottery market is worth around $250 billion, with the internet vertical covering just 1 percent, creating good potential for growth.
