Beachfront pad for Aussie gambling exec

Rumours last October that William Hill Australia CEO Tom Waterhouse had bought a sumptuous beach pad in a top Sydney suburb for A$13 million have been confirmed, according to the Property Observer, which claims that Waterhouse paid A$2 million over the asking price after the house had been on the market for just two weeks.

The modern and elegant home is located in one of Sydney’s most affluent suburbs, Mosman, on a 918 square metre beachfront plot…one of only five upmarket homes with direct waterfront views of the beach, with four bedrooms and four bath rooms.
