Ladbrokes, which owns a 270-strong group of land betting shops in Belgium and has ambitions regarding the online gambling market in that country, has announced changes to its regional management structure.
Current regional managing director Alan Smith is to retire after thirty years’ service and his responsibilities will be taken over by Betdaq and Tote Ireland experienced manager, Alexis Murphy.
Murphy, a year 2000 graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, joined Ladbrokes earlier this year after three years as director at International Investment and Underwriting in Dublin.
