Betfair awarded exchange services licence for New Jersey market

Betfair US has obtained an exchange services license from the New Jersey Racing Commission, two years after it agreed an exchange wagering deal with Darby Development.

The application was submitted by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and effectively permits the Darby Development-operated Monmouth Park Racetrack to add exchange wagering to its existing advance deposit wagering service provided by Betfair US.
