Online betting exchange Betfair has reportedly committed its GBP 2 million media planning and buying account to Havas Media-owned agency Arena Media. The appointment was reported to have been made without calling for a pitch.
Betfair appointed Big Al’s Creative Emporium to its advertising account in June 2011 and its digital account covering social media, mobile and online creative to Karmarama in October 2011 .
The company spent GBP 1.9 million on media (mainly comprising television advertising) in 2010 reports Campaign Live.
