Sports betting provider Betgenius has developed a new parent company Genius Sports Group as it restructures to accommodate growth in business verticals.
Betgenius will become one of the Group’s verticals continuing with its focus on developing bespoke B2B betting solutions for operators.
The second business vertical will focus on the Group’s data capture and distribution, monitoring and analytics businesses which include its Sport Integrity Monitor product.
The leadership team will remain in their current positions but under the Genius Sports Group.
“The creation of Genius Sports Group is a significant part of our long-term strategy to differentiate ourselves further in the market and continue to launch value-adding products,” Mark Locke, chief executive officer of Genius Sports Group said.
