Betradar will power the first virtual sports betting offer in Poland in partnership with Intralot’s Totolotek following an amendment to Poland’s gambling law in which virtual sports betting became a legal offer earlier this month.
Totolotek will offer virtual Premier League football games, dog racing and horse racing, becoming the first licensed bookmaker in Poland to do so.
“We believe that this kind of gaming will be of great interest to our customers,” Adam Lamentowicz, chief executive officer for Totolotek, said. “It is fast and much more accessible than betting on real games”.
Neale Deeley, managing director of Virtual Gaming at Betradar added: “We are really excited to launch with Totolotek. Punters around the world place millions of bets on Betradar virtual sports every week and now punters in Poland can enjoy the same thrilling experience.”
The partnership expects to introduce national football, basketball and tennis in the near future.
