Player retention solutions provider Enteractive has launched ( Re)activation Cloud, an AI-driven platform for large-scale personal player retention and win-back, that has been in the making for the past three years.
Betsson Group is first to go live with the new automated service enabling its brands to connect to Enteractive’s proprietary platform for player reactivation and activation with 100 percent maintained real-time control.
Enteractive boasts that operators can re-engage their player base with one-to-one personal player conversations, resulting in up to 50 percent of players re-depositing.
