Betsson-BML has announced at a private event in London that its Italian StarCasinó brand has launched in the Spanish market through a rebrand of Premier Casino which the company acquired early last year for a Euro 3 million consideration.
The event, held at the O2, formed part of Star Sixes, a competitive world football tournament for iconic former international players, which StarCasinó partners.
“We are very excited about this new milestone for StarCasino that marks the launch of the brand in Spain. The process has taken a lot of effort, passion and dedication from each team member from conceptualization to execution,” Andrea Rossi, StarCasinó director for Spain and Italy, said.
“Providing our users with the best experience of the online gaming industry is in the culture and spirit of Betsson Group and from now on we are proud to be able to provide these values to our Spanish consumers through StarCasino.es.”
Premier Casino’s database comprised 260,000 registered users at the time of Betsson’s acquisition.
