Betsson to put NetPlayTV London to bed

Betsson Group has moved to wind up its underperforming NetPlayTV subsidiary in the UK, moving NetPlayTV’s management and operations to Malta by the end of 2019 where the company will continue to service its SuperCasino, Vernons and Jackpot247 brands.

Interactive gaming broadcast contracts with ITV and Channel 5 will not be renewed, the company said, however Betsson will apply a more digital-focussed strategy for those brands.
