Better Collective acquires Premium Administration OU

Digital affiliate platform Better Collective has strengthened its Finnish presence with the acquisition of Premium Administration OU, its first M&A acquisition of 2018.

The seven-figure acquisition deal of Premium Administration OU’s casino and sports betting affiliate assets will expand Better Collective’s activities in Finland to the same level of its activity in other Nordic markets, the company said.

Forming part of the asset deal, several sites, such as kasinosankarit.com and vastaveto.com were secured. These sites will work alongside Better Collective’s established Finnish arm.
