Online gaming firm BetVictor launched its in-house developed Real-Time Automated Marketing Platform – RAMP this week.
The solution is designed to foster interaction with customers more effectively and in real-time, enabling the distribution of personalised campaigns and promotions through email, SMS, push notification and other communication channels.
In addition, BetVictor will be able to utilise the platform to analyse customer trends and behaviour to create tailored campaigns and promotions suited to individuals via a single interface.
