International Game Technology plc has announced in a press release that it paid out a total of Cdn$2.2 million in two major jackpot hits in July.

On 17 July, an unidentified player won a Cdn$ 1,000,000 jackpot playing the Powerbucks-linked Crown of Egypt game on Société des casinos du Québec’s gaming site Espace Jeux. This win marked the largest jackpot ever delivered on the website.

On 24 July, the newly minted Espacejeux jackpot record was shattered when another Powerbucks Crown of Egypt player placed a winning wager on the website and won a Cdn$ 1,222,069 jackpot. This win now stands as the largest jackpot ever delivered on Espace Jeux.
