Previously communicated board changes at 888 Holdings have been put into effect.
Chief executive officer Brian Mattingley has stepped down to fill the role of executive chairman while non-executive chairman Richard Kilsby has retired after nine years with the company.
Independent non-executive director John Anderson retired from the board after 14 years and chief operating officer Itai Freiberger has been appointed as an executive director of the company.
Commenting on the changes, Brian Mattingley, Executive Chairman, said:
