Following a competitive pitch, the London advertising agency founded by rugby international Lawrence Dallaglio, BBH Sport, has clinched the significant pan-European advertising account of GVC subsidiary Bwin.
In a statement Tuesday GVC chief marketing officer Adam Lewis said that the BBH pitch had captured his team’s vision, and that all concerned are geared up for the creative process that will drive the Bwin brand forward.
BBH Sport partner Ewan Patterson said: “Sport, betting and an iconic brand with huge ambitions for game changing creativity – opportunities don’t come any more exciting. We’re thrilled to be appointed and can’t wait to start working with the bwin team.”
BBH Sport has in the past worked with the Ladbrokes betting group, where it produced the controversial ‘It’s a Ladbroke Life’ campaign. The agency and Labrokes parted ways last year.
