A Nanterre Court Judge Magali Tabareau has rescheduled a 2006 criminal case against Bwin for its alleged activities in violation of French law between 2003 and 2005 saying it has questions to pose to former and current CEO Manfred Bodner and Norbert Teufelberger, respectively.
Bodner and Teufelberger failed to appear before the court at a hearing last week leaving their representation to their lawyers.
Our readers will recall the duo were originally arrested in 2006 but later released on Euro 300 000 bail.
A new court date was rescheduled for April 3, 2014, at which the two are expected to appear in person.
