bwin.party subsidiary has social sports betting ambitions

News on 15 Dec 2013

Yaniv Leven, who heads up the Bwin.Party social gaming subsidiary Win says that there’s a major and so far largely unexploited commercial opportunity in social sports and horserace betting, and that his company is working on a product to meet punter demand in this area with a view to launching early in 2014.

Speaking to the publication Inside Mobile Apps, Leven said the key to success was providing enough 24/7 sports action to keep punters interested, engaged and returning to your site on a regular basis.

To achieve this, Bwin.Party has partnered with Nordeus, the developers of a successful social sports betting app titled Top Eleven, which provides a mix of real sports events and simulated football matches.
