Win Interactive, the social gaming company created and backed by Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Thunder Valley Casino Resort, a US land gambling enterprise owned by California’s United Auburn Indian Community.
The objective of the partnership is to launch social online games inspired by the casino, and will involve Win developing Thunder Valley-branded slots integrated with the resort’s loyalty program.
By using the games, players can rise through typically social gaming levels that earn them Thunder Rewards, redeemable for physical prizes that include accommodation, meals and corporate gifts.
The two companies will collaborate on cross-selling promotional programs in order to strengthen the business alliance and create fresh content.
Win’s chief executive Barak Rabinowitz revealed Friday that his company plans to release Slots Craze Casino under the new agreement before the end of 2014, making the games available on Facebook, Android and iOS social platforms.
“Win is always looking for innovative ways to make social casino gaming more exciting and rewarding,” Rabinowitz explained. “This partnership allows us to tap into the popular and well-known Thunder Valley brand, and offer our players unique rewards for engagement that bridge the gap between online and offline casinos.”
This is not the first US deal for Win Interactive; its has previously inked deals with Thunder Valley, agreeing in 2012 to work with the US casino company in developing an online poker offering should California legalise the genre. Win is also involved with Boyd Gaming and is developing a casino app for it using the Stardust brand (see previous reports).
