Casinomeister annual awards 2018 released

Respected player advocate Casinomeister (CM) has released its much anticipated Annual Casinomeister Awards 2018, naming the best and the worst the industry has to offer since 2001.

Best Casino 2018 was awarded to Trada Casino and Videoslots, an unprecedented, bona fide tie, CM said.

Worst Casino 2018 went to Curacao-licensed Osiris Casino, who CM describes as about as rogue as a casino can get.

The Best Casino Group was awarded L&L Europe Group who did not receive a single player complaint over the year, while the Worst Casino Group award went to Curacao-licensed Alpha Interactive Group who CM claims welcomes self-excluded players “with open arms”.

Ted Loh Humanitarian Award 2018 – Christine Marrah (Bonustreak) – for her work with Team Rubicon.

The Phoenix Award 2018 – bwin for their proactive change of policy for progressive jackpot payments.
