Sportingbet has finalised its acquisition of Australian online betting operator Centrebet, making the company the biggest operator in the Australian market.
Following the approval of Centrebet shareholders and the Federal Court of Australia as well as the suspension and delisting of Centrebet’s shares from the Australian Securities Exchange today, Centrebet has officially become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sbet Australia Pty Limited.
