The media in Denmark reports that political agreement has been reached on changes to gambling administration policy which will see online gambling operators regulated by the Danish Gambling Authority submitting monthly rather than weekly tax returns.
This will save on administration time and costs, according to the regulator, which will collate tax returns submitted by the middle of every month by online gambling operators.
There are also reports that the government is set to adjust licence fees, but there is no hard or detailed information on what these changes may entail.
Media reports indicate that full details of the changes will be published later this month.
