Cherry AB’s online marketing business Game Lounge has acquired online slot information portal Slottracker.com for a Euro 1 million consideration.

The company behind Slottracker is US based Innovative Game Solutions Partnership, founded by Thomas Starkie and Brett Lawson.

Under the terms of the agreement, Euro 200,000 of the Euro 1 million consideration will be paid 12 months after the acquisition along with a further Euro 300,000 if certain objectives are achieved by the seller over a two-year term.

Slottracker.com follows registered players’ every bet on casino games enabling the punter to track gambling behaviour down to specific online casinos, the slots they played, winnings and bonuses which can then be recorded in Excel Workbooks.

Anders Holmgren, CEO of Cherry AB, said:

“Game Lounge is continuing to expand its business. Slot Tracker makes it even clearer that the company’s solutions give players access to information that provides an overview, so that players can choose a game more easily based on their own criteria.

“With Slot Tracker, we complement Cherry’s value chain and I look forward to the new features we will launch in 2018.”

Slot Tracker is currently available in a free version and two pay versions and work with WMS, NetEnt, MicroGaming, Thunderkick, Novomatic, NextGen Gaming, NYX, IGT, Play ‘n’ Go, Big Time Gaming, Elk, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Mercury, SGI and Yggdrasil software.
