Cherry AB loses senior executive

Gunnar Lind tendered his resignation as chief executive officer and president of Cherryföretagen to the board of Cherry AB, this week.
“With almost 5 years as CEO and president of Cherryföretagen behind me, I feel that the time has come to leave the post to a new leader.
“It has been a challenging and exciting time, where the company has transformed from a mainly traditional actor on the gambling market to also become a major actor on the online market” said Lind.
The Board has embarked on a recruitment drive for a new chief executive officer while Lind will remain in his position until an appointment is made to effect a smooth handover.
Cherryföretagen based in Stockholm operates Play Cherry.com alongside NorgesAutomaten.com, SverigeAutomaten.com and DanmarksAutomaten.com.
